About Dee

I believe the best coaches are those who have walked the path before you. Having lived through and overcome a lot of the challenges my clients experience makes me uniquely skilled to help them grow. Through my own journey of self discovery over the last 20 years I obtained training and certification as a Life Coach, Art therapy, general and trauma counselling for adults and children, EMDR and NLP practitioner. Since 2023 I have led the Christian based program PTO in Africa which is very effective in helping people get to the core of their issues and focuses on discovering and understanding identity.

My journey from professional chef and arts and English educator to global management in corporate has been defined by one thing: resilience. By integrating my roots in fine arts and therapeutic education with over a decade of corporate leadership, I help clients overcome obstacles using a blend of practical strategy and alternative therapies. Whether you are navigating a career transition or personal hurdles, I offer a safe, expert space to turn your challenges into your greatest strengths.

We meet to uncover the specific patterns or beliefs keeping you "stuck" and to understand your goals and aspirations.

Together we will develop S.M.A.R. T goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) tailored to your life.

Execute

I provide the ongoing guidance and feedback needed to turn those goals into reality.

I provide life and career coaching and therapeutic arts coaching including the journaling process. Christian based counselling (through the PTO program, developed by City church San Antonio, Texas) , trauma counselling, EMDR sessions for traumatic experiences and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
